As I sit here and reflect on the republishing of my book, Ageless Bride, I am filled with gratitude and excitement. When I turned 50, I had a dream of writing a bridal book that would inspire women marrying at midlife to be their most confident, radiant selves on their wedding days. In 2017, I published the first edition of Ageless Bride, and it was a labor of love that took years to bring to fruition. Now, I am thrilled to announce the revised copy of my book, complete with two new chapters in hardcover only, sold exclusively at Barnes & Noble online. 

Ageless Bride was a pioneering book that aimed to empower over-50 women to embrace their unique beauty and feel confident on their special day. In the first edition, beloved designers were interviewed, including Betsey Johnson, Vicky Tiel, Guo Pei, Ines Di Santo, Angel Sanchez, Isaac Mizrahi, Zac Posen, the talented Bahamians Jeannie McQueeny and Theodore Elyett- plus the famousmilliner Ellen Christine – among others.These designers shared their fantasy looks for the over-50 bride, and I was astounded by their admiration for brides over 50;they were eager to remind every woman that she is a goddess, no matter her age. 

One of the most heartwarming chapters in my book is Chapter 4, which features the love stories of 21 real-life brides. These women shared their personal journeys and experiences of finding love at a later stage in life. As I read their stories, I was reminded of the power of love and how it has no age limit. These stories serve as a reminder that every woman, no matter her age or background, deserves to feel beautiful, loved, and cherished on her wedding day. 

Writing and dedicating a book to the over-50 bride has been an honor and a privilege. I am proud to have created a resource that empowers women to embrace their unique beauty and confidently plan their dream wedding. In the revised edition of Ageless Bride, readers will find notes on the back pages of the book to help them plan their own wedding. I hope this updated version of my book will continue to inspire and empower mature brides to feel confident and beautiful on their special day.
